On time and very courteous, loading machines that are fast but at the same time carefully loading your belongings in away that will ensure that they will arrive without any damage. I had my doubts about the size of the truck that I had rented being large enough to accommodate my property and was anticipating the need for a rental trailer as well. Bill and Tom looked at my moving, looked at the truck and both agreed that they would load everything and there would be room left in case I needed it for a few extra items. They were correct and I was relieved that I was going to need to get the trailer. When you need help loading your property for a move hire the best, Family Movers.

Very nice folks who worked with us on a move from a pod to storage. Handled everything from the pod with care. More importantly their customer service was great! We had some scheduling issues but they were patient and helpful! Would recommend them!

Alex and Justice were quick and efficient, they were able to fit my 4br home and more into my 26ft uhaul and finished on time, the loading and unloading was perfect. I definitely recommend them 100%. I forgot to mention my request for my move was a last minute request and I was accommodated. Very Grateful. Thank you so much guys.

Guys we’re on time and prepared to get right to work. Very friendly and careful with all our items. Unloaded a 26’ truck in just two hours. Very satisfied with the team. Would definitely recommend them.

The young man was great. Very polite and worked hard. The lady spent quite a bit of time on the phone and left all the lifting to the young man, who was only one person. We had booked three hours and had to pay an extra 11/2 hrs. They left my husband who has a bad heart to put doors on a fridge and put the items where they needed to go. She was very slow and I don’t recommend people using her for a mover. The young man needs to get a better helper

Both Matt and his helper were absolutely wonderful I would recommend them to anybody and I will thank you very much for supplying these wonderful guys

Steve and Chris were great. Although they arrived later than their scheduled time of between 3-4 pm, Steve called me at 12:30 to let me know the situation and kept me posted throughout the afternoon. Since they were coming to load a POD that was being picked up the next day, the delay was no problem. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently and were done within the time they were scheduled to work. If I was still living in FL, I would certainly use them again.
