Both crews were super professional and excellent. My expectations were blown away from what I thought I might get. It did not take long to realize the guys were very well prepared, knowledgeable on load/unloading, used caution with all my items, on-time, and very commutative during the entire process. I would 100% recommend using your company and especially the guys that did the work. It’s been a while sense I’ve seen my money well spent on a service but these guys delivered.

The crew was nice at first but then we noticed a tiny scuff on my baseboard. Instead of apologizing, he got loud and told me how its not his fault while also cursing. Even if it was not his fault (which it was) the getting loud and cursing left me speechless. Poor customer service skills.

They were really quick and efficient and pleasant to work with.

Both Quan and Cortney did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and are obvious experts at what they do. They are polite, courteous and packed everything within the 2 hour timframe. I had 2 pads but they got EVERYTHING in one, saving me additional expense. I highly recommend these 2 men for all your moving needs

The team was great in communicating prior the arrival. They started work after asking enough questions to understand the scope of the work and had everything completed in time and everything was well organized and securely loaded. I will use their service again if I need to.

Very respectful. Came and Checked out what all needed to be moved around. And then moved a piano without a ramp or the flat four wheel furniture movers. They were very strong and quick. I highly recommend them!

They introduced themselves and immediately reviewed the work that needed to done. Every request I made was adhered to and they completed the project well before expected. They went beyond just moving and cleaned out the unit when it was emptied and double checked that my expectations were met. They were exceeded- they had sent an extra employee because they sensed my nervousness because there was a time crunch on completing the job. I certainly had nothing to worry about.

Couldn’t believe how well they packed the ‘PackRat’ storage container. Everything was well wrapped and fit snuggly in the container. They were here and done within a couple hours and we didn’t have to do a thing. Thank you Rob and Goldenway!
