They got the work done on time, but I was a bit miffed about 2 things. There was carpet padding that had been used to cushion items, and they left the carpet padding in a giant dirty heap on the sidewalk in front of my apartment so that I had to clean it up. And second, I was required to buy my own moving blankets. I did so, for $80, and they disappeared after the move.

They both were excellent. Very careful and very nice. They moved all of the things needed. They ere willing to help with all. Would recommend them to anyone.

I hired these guys the first time I moved 18 months ago, and they were absolutely great. Unfortunately, during my 2nd move, the experience was not the same. I will say that the 2 guys that showed up did the best they could, but they were quite late to start, they were not prepared (hand truck, straps, etc.) and they spoke very little English making it hard to communicate. It took 4 hours instead of the 2 booked and some of that is simply because of the miscues mentioned above. On the day of the move, both Rafael and Cesar were very hard to get a hold of - it took multiple phone calls and texts just to get them to respond. As a result, I don’t think I would hire VIP Movers again.

The movers were the best I’ve had in all my moves. Professional and personable. They worked with me on the dates and times. Although I never want to move again. If I did move I would call these guys for sure

The 2 gentlemen that came to my house to help me pack my furniture we're polite, they worked very fast ,I couldn't ask for 2 better gentlemen to be in my home and help me. That's the 1st time I've used this service I definitely will recommend it to other people it has been a definite pleasure.

These guys were great. The only hitch in the whole process was our indecisiveness as to where to put the stuff coming off the truck, but they more than willingly just picked it up and moved it with a smile on their faces. Highly recommended
