Hard to rate because the work the movers did was great quality, however, I feel the company could improve with communication. Positive: items were packed well, no damage, hard workers with good attitudes. Accomplished the job! Manager made things right after a miscommunication. Negative: They sent 3 guys, when I paid for 2 (showed up early when we weren't ready). I paid for 6 hours and it took 7. In the end, I had to pay almost $400 more than planned. It's hard to determine if the time was atypical Or due the move. I paid it because I valued the workers and the project was complete. My advice is to use this company, but talk to someone over the phone before the move happens to square away important details.

My movers were excellent. Friendly, very efficient, and respectful of the building rules regarding Covid and on moving in. The customer service staff leading up to the move was also extremely friendly and helpful

They were on time and very professional. We had a very fragile, very heavy piece and they moved it with ease. Would definitely use them again.

I would definitely hire again. William was extremely pleasant and a very good communicator, phoning ahead to let me know of his ETA. He never complained - it was a 95 degree day and the furniture was heavy. I would recommend them to a friend, for sure.
