They were supposed to arrive between 9-10am and did not arrive until 10:40am due to problems at the scheduled move before mine. They arrived & got right to work - how they packed some things were a little questionable. I had 24 packing pads to use on the furniture & they maybe used 4-5. We crawled into the truck & wrapped furniture more securely to avoid an scratches etc on the drive. I have found nothing to be broken & have found a few pieces with minor scratches. Even though they were late they did notify me so I knew that they would be late getting to me. I know it says in the information when scheduling that there is a chance that they would be late due to their schedule and I was understanding of that though & expected my full 2 hours of moving once they got there. There was about 30-minutes left & the movers said they needed to go due to another scheduled move & that client threatening if they didn't show up. We said it was okay since there was minimal boxes left to still be loaded onto the truck. My only 2 things - schedule bigger gaps between clients to allow for mishaps & drive times and for those clients that schedule later in the day expect that it will not happen exactly at the time you scheduled much like when you are flying. Overall they did a good job & got the job done down 3 flights of stairs!!

We're amazed at how they were able to pack all of our belongings in the pod. Amazing, excellent work! Looking forward to using them again when our new home is finished and the Pod is delivered to be unpacked! Thanks for an amazing job guys!

These young gentlemen were on time, polite, and VERY GOOD at what they do! They expertly packed the moving truck and we even had room left over. They were careful when moving furniture and never bumped walls or doorways. These guys know what they are doing! Highly recommend them!!

These guys deserve 10 Stars!! They had a great system in place to make the move fast.. really ….they were freaking fast …. I would definitely use them again but no time soon because I am not a fan of moving…I do t seem to remember the guys I used 6 yrs ago being this organized or fast.. I am happy I used budget rental because they were the ones to hook me up with this company..

These guys were amazing! They immediately got to work upon arrival. They were very professional and efficient! What took me 6 hours to load, took them 2 hours to unload, including a drive down the street to my storage. Wow!

The guys were excellent. I had another moving company scheduled but, they canceled at the last moment. VIP was able to come that same day to unload my belongings to my apartment. They were very careful, courteous, and professional. I would definitely use them again for another move and I would recommend them to anyone.
