Charles and his team were wonderful from start to finish. They reached out on their way to give their ETA. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would and took a few min to take a visual inventory of all of the items being moved, formulated a plan of how to load and immediately started working. This was a job where I hired Easy Lift to load a moving truck that I rented and then I drove the 5 min to my new home and then they unloaded the truck into the new home. They worked efficiently, and effectively communicated with me throughout the loading and unloading processes. Once a good portion of the truck was unloaded and they were ahead of schedule with timing, Charles put together my beds and hooked my tvs/sound bars up while his team continued to unload. Then took the time to make sure I was pleased with the centering of the tvs/furniture in my new home. We all know moving is stressful and we hire movers to hopefully alleviate some of that stress. I have had movers who have done nothing but make the move more stressful by being VERY late, being slow, taking excessive breaks, damaging belongings etc and movers that have been just ok. BUT the team at Easy Lift went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations! They made moving day stress free and I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and an overall great experience! I recommend to anyone looking for "the movers we all hope for when booking movers"! 10 STARS!

Dom and Zane: Very fast, yet careful. Courteous and so helpful. Very respectful and worked hard. Would recommend! Corey in the office/dispatch was courteous, but did not always keep us up to date on the status of the movers. They were a little late due to being stuck in traffic.

The team arrived within their estimated window and was polite, friendly and professional. They finished the job well under two hours, and were very kind. I would recommend them and utilize their services again - they're a local family owned and operated business.

Two guys came for the move. One of them was really good and visibly more experienced. The other mover was less experienced and he ended banging a couple pieces of furniture on exterior walls marking them. It was a tight area to move furniture, but furniture should not have been damaged. I had to actually step in a help move an expensive piece of furniture bcz I didn’t trust him to move it without damaging it. Also a strap on my king mattress got torn off when they tried to move it. Again, this is due to inexperience of the one mover. Other mover was v good.

The physical strain and mental anguish of dealing with a flooded home are profound. Tony and Even were a bright spot in an otherwise miserable four weeks. They were prompt, thorough, diligent, kind and very respectful of the few personal belongings we had left that we had packed and needed their help placing in the temporary pod. Frankly, we did not think everything would fit but because the guys took the time to stack everything just right, everything fit with room to spare. We had some very disappointing (gouging) experiences with similar service providers early in the flood recovery process but these guys reinstated our faith in humanity. We will use them exclusively for everything moving forward.
