They were on time, respectful of my property and finished in the allocated time. They were nice enough to remember my name when other services have not. I would recommend them if you had Furniture to move. As a side note, well I do not live any extremely rural area, I have a large piece of heavily wooded and wild property. They were very surprised to see a wild turkey in my front yard. Especially that they're moving didn't seem to bother the turkey as it didn't run away. That helped break the ice, and the guys dug in to get the job done

We hired Helping Hands 4U through the Hire a Helper platform and were very impressed with their skill, professionalism, and efficiency. Harold, the team leader, demonstrated expert-level expertise from the start. He assessed the container size, weight, and fragility of each item and strategically planned before loading a single piece. The team handled everything with care, wrapping and sealing items as needed. Two standout items were a 265 lbs metal globe bar and a custom 250 lbs wrought iron desk. Harold's team masterfully loaded the bar as one solid piece (placing it in a specific spot in the container to optimize weight distribution), avoiding the typical disassembly headaches we've faced with other movers. The wrought iron desk, which doesn't come apart, was handled with equal care and precision. We also had art and large mirrors, which they handled carefully and secured in the container. Helping Hands 4U methodical approach made the entire loading process efficient, smooth, and, for a change, stress-free. We highly recommend Helping Hands 4U for anyone looking for a moving team that's truly experienced, efficient, and understands the details of handling heavy, fragile, or custom items.

Tavon & Cam did an excellent job in helping me move several large items from the dining room & living room to the pod on my driveway. They carefully wrapped all of my items with moving blankets and shrink wrap before moving the items and then secured the items with rope inside the pod. They were on time and very efficient. Thank you both for your help today!

Ounce we arrived at our location Miles away we found 4 of 5 lamps broken as they were stowed on top and bouncing around. Not all pads were used and couches all had rub marks and tears. When mentioning concerns as the truck was being loaded they told us they "knew what they were doing". Obviously they didn't. They missed the mark on knowledge and professionalism. Beyond disappointed. Only positive is they showed up on time.

Nice guys who did what I asked but needed supervision. They weren’t the fastest workers and were surprised when I let them go after the two hours I had contracted them for. I needed them for the heavy lifting but wasn’t going to keep them on to watch me pack the truck properly. There’s no way they would have known how to load a 27’ truck for a cross country move. Too much money for what I got but needed the help on short notice.

The two/three man team was very good at moving our home. They were cooperative in removing their shoes as our sold home had to pass the pre-close 'final walk-through'; all went well. They took care to wrap all furniture/items with moving blankets as needed. and was able to load both containers very well. It took about 30 minutes longer than the scheduled time allotment, but ok with that considering moving from a quad level home. Were able to find all items, except the legs for one of our furniture sets; we eventually found the legs in a garage store cabinet(???). All is ok.

Faizon, Trent and Aaron were incredible!! When Professional Men Moving didn’t show up or have the decency to call me back, Helpful Movers were there on short notice to help me load up a few large items and unload a whole lot more! They were careful of minding my walls and the furniture finish. They easily moved a heavy washing machine and willfully listened to every direction we had for them. Whenever I move in the Detroit area, I will continue to contact Helpful Movers first!!

The men who helped with the move were great. They arrived on time, worked hard, were very respectful of our property and goods and were happy to wear shoe covers to protect our new carpets. We would use them again!
