They were on time and very nice. They loaded thr POD as good as they could considering the POD service did me wrong by sending to small of a POD, when ideally they should have sent two for size home. But they were patient with us and also loaded the UHAUL we had to rent as well. They completed our 3 bedroom, basement, garage, and shed in 2.5 hours. They only thing damaged during transit was our kitchen table. Our table has a gouge at one of the corners and the chairs have some damage to the leather seats. But other than that, everything was great. Not one dish or decor was broken.

These guys. I had to change my time of arrival at least 3 times since my knowledge of area had e added me and I just couldn't get places as fast as I expected. Mr Brice was very lenient and open to many time rescheduled and ultimately they unloaded my truck with ease. I applaud them immensely. I also am grateful for their accommodating my many changes. I would recommend his services to any and everyone I know as they are stand-up guys. Kudos to Mr Br ice of Br ice's Moving Cimpany. My arrival in my new home state has been solidified with not one but many good customer service from various vendors. I am grateful.

Dion and Mark were conscientious and moved our items with care. They put down a rug to protect our hardwood floors from scratches and spills. They showed up on time and were ready to go when they go here. It was a hot day, but they worked hard through it. We would certainly use them for moving again.

The Guys did a good job , I was satisfied with there work

Both of my workers were on top of their game. I worked them hard with all large items for 6hrs after they just did 2 or 3 jobs before mine. I had scheduled them at 12:30am for an emergency after my 2 workers canceled and I had already rented a truck. They called..told me that I had scheduled really late and they had jobs booked, but they were gonna take care of me...and they did just that!!! They saved my #%$!! 5 stars from me!!

Movers were great - also accommodating to change the schedule last minute when we had problems picking up the moving truck. Highly recommend.

The young men called before they came & were very prompt. They were dressed professional acted professional/polite. They showed up & showed OUT!!!!! By that I mean they came in ready to work & conducted themselves AWESOMELY. They moved things in such a manner that they were completed before the time I originally requested. They wouldn’t let me do anything ( I admit I did get in the way trying to help lift stuff). Which allowed me to save money for I was refunded the difference. All I did was direct where I wanted things placed. I was EXTREMELY pleased & would DEFINITELY recommend their services.

These guys were great! Very professional. They went above and beyond to make my move as easy as possible. My move was probably small in comparison to others but they had everything loaded within 1 hour and it was no easy task. They were very careful not to damage anything (come on people, it’s going to happen) and they were successful. No broken furniture, no damaged walls. They contacted me once the job was set up through Hire-a-Helper and again the night before the move date. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

Bright Star Moving and Hauling did a good job. They met my expectations, called before coming, were on time and in the earlier part of my time window. These people are friendly and courteous, they made sure that I was satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with a move.

Was very pleased with entire experience. Was informed of time schedules and all ran smooth. Ed and Geno were very prompt and polite and very good at their craft. They packed my POD tight as a drum. Will be calling back when time to unload.
