They were on time and very nice. They loaded thr POD as good as they could considering the POD service did me wrong by sending to small of a POD, when ideally they should have sent two for size home. They only thing damaged during transit was our kitchen table. Our table has a gouge at one of the corners and the chairs have some damage to the leather seats.
