They were on time, prepared, hard working, respectful and got my 12ft Pod empty in an hour and 15 min. I would recommend them, but I would warn that you need to supervise to ensure they unload where and how you want. I showed them were to place in basement and assumed they would place orderly but after they left I saw that I have to move everything as they wasted space with their placement of my things, but overall good job.

Them Movers were great! Called ahead, arrived when expected, and were helpful, friendly, and efficient. We were able to accomplish a lot in just two hours! Would recommend them for moves, and will seek their help again in the near future.

I hired Them Movers through HireaHelper for a two-day local move: load on one day, and unload the next. I hired them for labor only and prepared my own truck. I was incredibly satisfied with the level of service I got from them! Both my crews were incredibly friendly, professional, and skilled at loading and unloading. On Day 1, I booked two hours of service, Jake and Mike arrived early enough they actually beat my truck to my address! They hauled unwanted furniture to the dumpster area quickly and efficiently, and then loaded my truck in record time once I got back. They also tied everything down so it wouldn't get damaged. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, even advising me on how to pack fragile items like TVs and PC towers to avoid damage. I ended up having to pay for a little extra time because of the mismatch between their arrival and hiccups at the truck pickup, but that was my own fault. I would advise anyone booking a labor only move to have extra time in your schedule between the truck pickup and Them Movers' scheduled arrival--These guys are incredibly punctual, and you don't want to waste your scheduled time. On Day 2, I booked three hours of service, as my new apartment did not have an elevator. Mike (again) and Bob were my unloading team, and got my stuff up the stairs in record time! Nothing was damaged thanks to the expert loading job from the day prior, and they arranged everything as I requested. They even hauled up my mattress which arrived during the unloading window! My only complaint with my move is actually with the HireAHelper customer serviceperson: I was advised to add an extra hour to my unload because of the lack of elevator, and booked a total of three hours. However, Mike and Bob were so efficient that they finished the unloading job in an hour! When booking with Them Movers, a two hour minimum is required, so there's nothing to be done about that, but I do wish I hadn't been advised to book the third hour, as there's no refunds for unused time. I was so satisfied with the level of service that I'm not upset I paid so much extra, but moving is very expensive and it would have been helpful to only have had to pay the two hour minimum.

Mike and Dakota did a fantastic job! They were on time, prepared for the job, and worked hard to finish packing my apartment into the moving van within the period I'd hired them for. I wouldn't have been able to organize everything into the van without their help! They were very careful with packing my belongings and respectful. I would definitely recommend them.

Our helpers were fantastic! We weren't ready when they arrived but they were flexible and didn't add to the stress that we were already experiencing. As soon as we needed their help they jumped in right away and moved all of our things up four flights of stairs, no elevator and no AC. They told us to sit back and relax and they'd take care of everything. And they did! What would have taken us the better part of a day, was complete in well under 2 hours. I had never though about hiring movers to move into a college dorm, but it was one of the best decisions! Highly recommend!

Chris and Lee did a good job of getting all my belongings out of my old place and into my new one in relatively good condition. They also had very positive attitudes despite the heat wave we had that day. Only issue I had was how long it took for them to load.
