Very professional, courteous and organized. They are very busy so a bit slow to respond at first, but once moving day was close, timely communication throughout the process. They took great care to maximize my load, protecting and securing everything along the way. When an unforeseen problem arose, they quickly helped come up with a solution.

Tim and Travis was very efficient and attentive unloading the moving truck.

These two were an amazing pair! Showed up and loaded quickly and efficiently. They loaded the truck like a puzzle and all furniture made it safely. They were kind and polite and made great conversation while working hard. Could not recommend these two enough!!

The three man team, Rick, Andy, and Tyler were professional, talented, and put my things together in my pod like experts. The jigsaw process to use every space and protect my belongings at the same time made me so glad I had them on this move.

When I booked our movers, they called right away and were helpful answering questions. At 1:30pm the day prior to our move (scheduled the following day between 8-9am), I did call myself to confirm everything. I was surprised they hadn’t already done that themselves. Day of, they called around the time expected and gave us an ETA on the early side of our window, so that was nice. They both introduced themselves and for the most part friendly. They mentioned they had left some of their equipment (lift straps) on a previous job, so their work was harder than it needed to be for some items. We did have a broken item and some wall damage. In their defense, we were trying to cram a couch down into a basement with a tight turn on the steps. I was surprised to hear them say that the owner deducts those types of things from their paychecks, which was disappointing. There are other ways to hold employees accountable and encourage carefulness, in my opinion. We did have a very heavy dresser that they powered up the steps. Kudos to them! We did run over on time and they stayed without hesitation. We were able to compromise on extra time charges for the damage. So, I was pleased they were able to “make it right.” Thank you for the help!

Fast service, carefully moving, very accommodating

Them Movers were excellent. The owner knew exactly how to pack the POD, and he and his helper worked very well together. They arrived on time and took exactly the three hours they were scheduled for to complete the job. They were courteous and respectful, and I would recommend them to anyone I know who might be moving.

The guys were on time; they were prepared (even brought a new pack of straps to secure sections as they went along); they worked consistently and took an occasional, needed break; we're very careful with our possessions! Would definitely want the same crew if I need the help again.

Both guys were on time, quickly assessed the job and the sequencing of the load and went hard at it fore the full duration they were hired for. In the near future I will be needing there services again and will strive to get the same two guys.
