We were very pleased with our helpers loading our Pod. They both worked very hard to get our belongings to fit and made it happen. It truly was a real life game of Tetris. They worked fast and efficiently only taking an hour to empty our house and completely fill our 8 ft. Pod. Once our Pod makes it down to Florida we will be using Hire A Helper to secure our help to unload it.

The guys were friendly, professional, and efficient, and the appointment/payment process was good. I would recommend HireAHelper to anyone.

All 3 were very hard workers and were able to fit everything into my POD. I used them for 2 hours instead of the 3 hours, and when it was time to give them the pay code, I was taking too long on my phone. One of the movers offered me his phone which had the information ready, but it had a cracked screen. When I was having a difficult time with the keys and a cracked screen, he took over for me while I dictated my information. My only complaint is that he never changed the time from 3 hours of service to 2 hours of service after we all agreed on the time spent. I didn't notice the error until after I received the email receipt. I was told they don't give refunds after I called to complain. I did try to go back to their vehicle before the error was discovered to give them a tip, but they already left. I guess they got a bigger tip than I wanted to give with the extra hour added on. I would use them again, but this time use my own phone.

The movers had to fight a lot of steps, move things around, and place things exactly where I wanted. They always made it seem like it was no trouble to them and they were very respectful.

They showed up on time. They were extremely courteous and professional. they worked really hard. And finished the job in the time that was quoted to me. I will definitely use them again when I move into my new house this September.

They were awesome...wonderful crew!!!! Extremely hard working and took very good of my furniture. Was very careful around the walls and rails...not one issue. I would recommend them highly. They called me to confirm the job a week before and showed up on time and completed it within the window that was allotted. Great job guys!

Helper was great to work with. Flexible on time, even though the trucking company put me through hoops cancelling on me at the last moment. Rescheduled with helper and he showed up right on time. Thanks again.
