SO helpful, strong, efficient, and careful. They got so much stuff puzzled neatly into my POD so well that I had a ton of unexpected space remaining. Very professional and would 100% hire again and recommend. Couldn’t have finished this without them!!

Awesome guys. They were able to accommodate a time change at the last minute.

I was coming from Colorado and hit bad weather-I was surprised that they were willing to work with me and help me relax about the situation. These guys are very hard workers and moved my stuff with ease. They were very professional and I would defiantly use them in the future.

Norris and his team were great. Very proficient and hard working. They obviously have a good deal of experience and did a great job of packing the pod.

The helping hands team was outstanding, they really supported our site manager and were very efficient and timely.

My helpers were on time. They quickly told me that they didn't think all of my belongings would fit in the container. They were right! From the beginning they asked me to prioritize which furniture should go in the container. They squeezed in everything except for the 2 things I told them were lowest priority at the start.

Very knowledgeable, hard working and great attention to detail. Very satisfied!

They showed up on time and worked steadily to get the job done right on time. They were accommodating to our request to wear gloves and masks during the move and patient with us when we discovered that many of our furniture items needed to be wrapped before loading. Thanks guys. Great job.

The crew did an AWESOME job once they arrived. The crew arrived an hour late with a truck and a crew of 3 both of which I did not order. Once we figured out what was happening the crew of 3 got to work and did an AWESOME job for us! We would use them again, but would clarify to the service provider promptness for arrival time is important to us. Thanks again for your helpful movers! They were polite and conscientious of moving the items we needed moved.

They were easy to work with, worked hard, and loaded my pod in 2 hours. I would use the service again.

The movers arrived on time and were ready to work. They did a good job and were efficient in moving items. In general, were mindful with our stuff and tried to ensure no damage occurred. The movers were dropped off by another gentleman and they had to ride with me from location to location which was fine, but the driver didn't show up for awhile after the work was completed (kind of odd process) to pick them up. Overall I would recommend this company to assist with you moving needs.

The only problem I saw is when they pushed the refrigerator and freezer across the garage floor they scratched the epoxy flooring I had just put in a few weeks ago. There was a hand cart there they could have used instead of pushing on the wheels of the appliances once they noticed it scratching the floor.

They were very professional and got the job done in a very efficient way. I highly recommend them.

Asked for and got them a day earlier than scheduled, very helpful to our peace of mind. Talked to franchisee when I made the order for 2 men, 2 hours. He advised 3 men, 3 hours, actually 3 men 2.5 hours with no mechanism for .5 hrs refund. Although I tipped, the guys deserve the .5 hrs overpayment.

The 2 gentlemen we had were VERY hard workers. Worked 4 hours without a break even with most material moved to basement! Personable and respectful of our property.

Based on reviews, I was expecting a better level of professional service. Two helpers were ill equipped (had a single hand truck with a flat tire). They did a good job, but nothing outstanding.

Only hired 2 helpers, they sent 3 people. The entire move was done within an hr. They were very polite, were on-time and very friendly, they even offered to follow me to Lansing to unload if I needed. Highly recommend! They were awesome!
