The two men arrived early and worked so hard on what must have been the hottest day of the year. We needed them longer than what we thought and they made the necessary arrangements to give us more time. Again, on the steamiest afternoon summer had to offer. Thank you! What a rough day!

Great team of men showed up on time and worked their butt's off moving me out of my 3rd floor condo. They were fast and kind and respectful. They emptied my place in less then 1.5 hours and worked just as hard unloading once we got to my new home. Big shout out to the crew for a great experience , I would recommend you to all my friends and family.

Thomas and Mark were amazing! They were both very, very hard workers. They were very polite and respectful and treated all of my belongings with the upmost of care. Not very motivated. Seems like they wasted alot of time. I paid for 2 hours and one of them kept saying are we done. They left about 20 minutes early. I would not recommend.

I was especially impressed by the guy (Joe I think) who carried out almost everything and stacked all the boxes very efficiently in the 7x7x8 pod. He used almost every inch of space. He spent the whole time running up and down my upper level and basement stairs, carrying heavy boxes on a very hot day, never taking a break or slowing down. The other guy spent almost the whole two hours wrapping my wall art/pictures slowly and carefully. I am having a long distance move, so I haven't seen how my items survived the trip yet. My only issue is that they went over the two hours allotted by about 5 minutes and I had to pay for an extra 1/2 hour because of that. I didn't think I should have had to pay that much for only 5 minutes, which was spent on the phone with the boss anyway when they called him to tell him the job was finished. The picture wrapping guy was the one who called the boss. When he got off the phone, it was only 10 min after the two hours, but he had told the boss that they went over 15 to 20 min. I said, it's only 10 after now, and he they showed me his wrist and said, "oh, well I don't have a watch. The boss said to charge you" And that was fine with him, not so much me. I had already tipped both guys $20 each before I found out about the extra charges. I would only have tipped Joe if I had it to do over. I also thought the boss (name unknown) was rude to me when I called to confirm the time frame (per email instruction) a day before the job was scheduled. I would use them again. It was worth the money, even with the extra $37.50 for them going over time by 5 minutes and the $30 I was charged for a roll of plastic wrap.

We originally chose U Call We Haul because they offered a very good rate per hour and had excellent reviews. They called about two hours before their appointment time indicating that they were running late. They arrived only ten minutes late. They immediately walked through the house and garage to see what had to be packed into the PODS units. They started loading without hesitation. They treated our possessions as if they were their own. We wish they could move with us to our new home. We would definitely use them again.
