Excellent moving experience. Kind and courteous, they took great care while moving my things into a storage container. Overall took the expected period of time (4 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment).

They were on time. My cell phone had a call brocker on it and silenced their call when I was down the street at the unloading address. They were patience and saw us walking to the loading address. My only comment is the travel time between was much shorter than .25 hours. They did not even have to close the truck. Both load and unload address were within the same complex and less that a half a tenth mile from door to door. The $40.00 charge could be a minimal charge but was not explained to me . I have no complaints and left a tip for both of the men on the finial invoice. I would definitely use them again.

The guys work really hard and very efficientlay. Great to work with. Especially as our move was a little unusual.

I will definitely use these guys again. Neil and crew gave text updates prior to arrival and were on time. They were respectful of my property and worked hard. They demonstrated impressive and quick problem solving skills when maneuvering large/heavy items in tight spaces while maintaining a jovial attitude and friendly demeanor. After it was all done, I realized this had been the least stressful move I’ve made. Well done guys!

People First Moving were very punctual! They provided confirmation the morning of the move and estimated arrival time, and text confirmation from 30min up to 5min before arrival. They were quick and efficient in loading the storage container. Boxes were neatly and tightly stacked to maximize efficient use of space and were securely strapped to the container to minimize movement for the move across the country.

Timely professional and fast! Great team. Will use them again!

Dillon and Jonathan were perfect, yes they were on time and very flexible with adapting to a time change needed the day before. These two guys have a great sense of humor, super polite and warm hearted. They wore a mask to help us all curve the Covid. They are very respectful- even when I know dad age 88 got in their way just went about their job. Smiling under those masked I know Wonderful- successful unload and if you want the right team ask for Dillon and Jonathan for your job ! Thank you both

Would highly recommend without reservation. Hired 3 guys for 3 hours and they had the truck loaded in 1.5 hours! Very organized, professional, and careful. Would hire again!

The two gentlemen were a little late due to a vehicle malfunction, but they communicated the entire time and were professional and kind at every turn. They were hard workers and very conscientious, using their knowledge and many years of packing/loading to secure all of my precious items. They listened to my concerns and did a beautiful job. When we unpacked on the other side everything was in tact, even my precious 200 year old glass items. Thank you for your care! I wish I could have taken you two with me! Many blessing.

This was my third move using Hire-A-Helper. The first was a very good experience. The second, not so much. The move I just completed using Roberts Reliable Moving (RRM) was, far and away, the best, and not by a little. The guys from RRM were prompt, courteous, professional, competent, and they exceeded all expectations. I cannot give them the rating they deserve since HAH only goes as high as 5 stars. When wrapping up the job, I was amazed at the detail and care RRM took to pack the container - it looked like Tetris, with every item and box stacked securely and neatly. My only complaint is that I can't hire these guys to help move in out West. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE THESE GUYS.
