The crew was an hour late. The crew was scheduled to arrive between 8am and 9am. At 8:15am they called stating a crew had an accident last night and was in the hospital. However, they were on the way and should arrive within an hour. They did not arrive until 10:15am with a dog that they left in the car. Windows were down so that was good. Based on the prep of furniture and loading I was quoted for a crew of 3 people for 3 hours. They were not prepared and the disassembly process took so much longer because they didn’t have tools. I had to unpack my tool box to provide basic tools like screwdriver. One team member (assuming the substitute) did about a third of the work. If they had a regular crew and was prepared, I believe they would have met the 3 hour timeline; however, I had to pay for an extra hour.

they showed up on time eager to get to work. they worked fast but not carefully. there was some damage to a few items(nothing of great importance or that i can't fix) I need the same service again in a few weeks and I'm wondering if I should use them again.

The team was amazing, friendly and hard working. They really helped us tremendously on this project that we desperately needed help to pull off. They worked very hard during the allotted time. I’m impressed and will definitely book them again for other projects. Thank you!

They were on time, ready to work and completed the job in the allotted time. Very friendly and willing to help with all my needs. Unloading was a much easier task then loading, so I can only review their abilities to that extent. However, personality wise, they were great!

Both young men were courteous and efficient. They were 10 minutes late arriving, but this was perfect for me. They more than made up for it on the back end. I enjoyed them and greatly appreciate their service. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Chris was awesome, friendly, courteous, eager to work...worked his butt off, and took care in placing items on truck. Tried his best to make sure stuff wouldn't shift during travel. Very attentive. His co-worker worked hard too. He was a bit more social which made him a bit slower, which Chris pointed out a time or two, but he helped get the job done. I would take them any day, ESPECIALLY Chris!

I was honestly dreading this move because of horror stories I have heard about hired help for moves. SO NOT TRUE for these young men. They were wonderful!! On time. Worked efficiently and steadily. Helpful attitudes- made a tough job flow. DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks so much fellas!! ????????

Did a great job.

Initially I had concerns. My move was scheduled at 9am and at 925a no one had arrived yet. I had also received no call to let me know anything was going on. My biggest concern was that the phone number I used to contact someone prior to my move, was an answering machine (not a surprise, same as so many businesses!) but there was no room to leave a message! REALLY BIG RED FLAG! In my mind I was coming up with a new game plan as quickly as possible since this was arranged by time off from work as well as a moving truck. I was a bit frazzled to say the least. At 930a they arrived!!! Yes! The young man explanined there was a delay on the interstate and he had left a message for me on the number that he had, which was my home phone (yes I still have one of those). From that point on all my concerns melted away. They were very respectfull of my property and they never stopped working. The truck was packed expertly and they managed to fit EVERYTHING in with out forcing anything or causing me concern when I watched as they packed up. When they unloaded, they checked with me every step of the way, asking about where I would like things, etc. Mind you this was only a garage. They were great and I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them. You take chances on so much when it comes to your property. They were well worth it. In case you were wondering there was a message for me when I got home. If it had only been on my cell!

Great Guys, Arrived On Time, very professional, provided instructions what items were to be moved, and less than two hours totally emptied furniture and boxes of a four bedroom home, attic, and basement. Outstanding Service. The home office was a pleasure to work with, very nice, easy payment no issues. Amazed, one of the first companies we've dealt with in a LONG time that get's the job done, professionally, and quick. Recommended to several family and friends down sizing their parents and their homes too. Highly recommend...they get the job done...as my Dad said old fashion customer service.

I was so impressed with how efficiently and how fast they packed my storage unit. I will definitely hire them again when I'm ready to have my storage unit delivered and unpacked.
