The two gentlemen that assisted in our move were initially polite by calling, informing us they were going to be about one and half hours late. When on site, the story changed for one other gentlemen. The taller of the two, “R”, was the start of his name I do believe, had quite an attitude. My family and I witnessed a dresser being carried colliding with the wall of the stairwell three times, yet he insisted that didn’t happen and proceeded to carry on about being accused of something he didn't do -victim mentallity. He even threatened to walk off the job. Thankfully, his shorter partner was mature and calmed him down. "R" then stated he wouldn't stay if we didn't pay for more stairs despite already paying the upcharge for addidtionaly stairs. I contacted Hire A Helper who confirmed I was correct and he was in the wrong. He too called his organization who must have agreed with Hire A Helper as he quite complaing and worked at moving our items. Overall, they did a good job, just a lot of attitude in the beginning.

I would absolutely recommend this company. The two young men that came to help us move my son into his new place were very polite, friendly and so helpful. They made sure before they left us that there was nothing more needed. They got the job done so quickly. We could not have done it without them. Will definitely use them again if needed. Job well done!!!

30 min late. Didn't seem professional and didn't seem to be very respectful of my property/items, but they were polite and everything seemed secure and intact upon unloading. Extra points for being able to send someone at the last minute + the manager was very good on the phone. 3.5 stars.

They were great, very courteous. Anxious to help, even gave suggestions on where to place furniture. They were very careful of walls and furniture. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It was so encouraging to see young men eager to work. God bless them.

I really can't say enough good things about the service these guys provided today. In two hours they had the entire truck packed extremely well, moved all my furniture and put it into place in my new house, and arranged the boxes so that unpacking is simple and efficient. They arrived on time and had all the supplies ready to go to move my stuff safely. Everything was handled really carefully and placed exactly how I wanted it done. I could have not asked for a better experience. Will absolutely rehire again.

They were AWESOME! Made our most stressful move to the smoothest. The guys arrived on time and even gave a phone call to let us know they were on their way. They were some of the most amazing, friendly and hardworking guys. They made our move smooth and dare I say even fun and took great care with all of our stuff. Very Professional, they all had uniformed shirts. They offer a cleaning bundle with their movers if you need help cleaning your old place up. Well worth every penny spent and it was for a great price. They started cleaning right away and the place looked better than when we moved in. 100% would recommend and 100% are using them again. I give them 5 Stars. My ONLY criticism isnt even on the workers. I was initially worried since their isnt a website for them to look up online (or at least very hard to find, I didnt find it) but I'm so glad we did decide to go with them. Best movers ever had. Extremely helpful, productive and efficient. We’ve used them twice now, and previously recommended them to friends that have used them and also highly rated their experience.

This was the last part of our move. Our belongings were moved by another company into storage. It was very poorly done. H and G arrived on time and ready to work. They worked very well as a team and did not waste time figuring out what to load and how. I was very impressed with the whole job. I originally thought I could only get my heavy stuff moved, but they were able to get almost everything done in half the time it took the first company. I would recommend them to anyone needing movers and I would use them again if the need arises.
