The company had excellent communication with me from the time I booked it to the day before leading to the scheduled work.They were very flexible to the needs I had especially the place I am renting has limited time for our PODS to be parked at the facility very friendly staff.

Jorge and Mundo showed up that morning right on time except that they were short of one guy (obviously an unplanned problem with the third person) and right away the problem was fixed with a new pricing and adding 1 hour. By the time they started to load our trailer the missing person was certainly no more an issue. They did the work on time and they even saved us money by loading so efficiently that we used less linear space than planned. When time came to load our many arts they were so good and careful at packing them. Bottom line, they performed beyond expectations, and so friendly (with good sense of humor which helped us during this stressful time) that it was like having family members coming to help us moving. We wish we could use them again at our final destination but a stretch of 2,800 miles between origin and destination might make our wish unrealistic.

Vladamir and his Crew from Facemove did an excellent job unloading 2 large 16’ pods for us, moving everything into the correct rooms, then assembling and installing many pieces of furniture. We have several tables that have very heavy granite tops and they moved them carefully and with ease. Vladamir even called almost an hour after leaving to confirm that he didn’t miss assembling a table which arrived without the hardware for assembly. All in all, they went above and beyond to perform in a professional manner and we would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Vladamir!

Mario and his helper were absolutely wonderful. They were on time, in fact about 10 minutes early...perfect! They were real friendly, knowledgeable(had a plan- well prepared), trustworthy and respected my furniture as if it were their own????. Efficient with their time and worked hard. A perfect blend of care and productivity. I would hire them again without hesitation. Awesome job??

They did an amazing job. Im referring them to a friend that is moving and would use them again. They were extremely efficient and professional. Hired two helpers for 2 hours. They worked with me on arrival time and showed up on time. They were also able to complete the job which was not easy. I drove 2,000 miles without anything getting broken or having to be moved. Great service!!!

They arrived on time and had all of the necessary equipment. They were hard working and were very careful with my belongings. I recommend them and I would use them again. Another big plus was with the scheduling. I scheduled them for a Friday a couple of months before my move. The cubes were scheduled for Thur. When I got here the moving company pushed the delivery to Friday. I called TNT and they said no problem they would just reschedule me for Sat. They were very nice about it and said that happens frequently. I highly recommend these guys.

Our experience with TNT was EXCELLENT! We had to change our reservation more than a couple of times due to closing dates changes. They always accommodated us with no hassles. The guys showed up early and were beyond professional and patient. Also went the extra 2 miles by turning on our hot water heater for us! We were also lucky that they had more available time after what we booked them for and they helped us with a few extra runs from our temporary place. Saved us a LOT of time and effort. They got a $100 tip from us - probably worth more if I had it at the time. Thank you!
