Helpers where on time. Prepared for the job and they did complete the job respectfully but unfortunately, tabletop of high-quality wooden desk was damaged/scratched upon loading or unloading.

These movers were very precise and careful with our belongings. The way they maximized the space and packed the truck in such a way that our belongings were securely packed.

Bernard and his crew are extremely professional, respectful, diligent, timely and hard-working. It’s amazing how they are able to compact so much into the PODS. We are so fortunate to have found their services. I will be referring them to all my family and friends.

I waited until we arrived at our new location to do this review since I would not know how well they packed the trailer. 2 days ago, another crew unloaded the trailer and specifically asked me 'what was the name of the company that packed this? When we are down in CA, we would like to use them. They did a GREAT job.' So, enough said.. Thank you, Vladimir - and I gave them your info :-)

Excellent !!

They were great. Hired them to load up my UHaul and they were so quick and worked nonstop to get it done. We were afraid we wouldn’t be able to fit everything in one trip, but they packed the truck up so well and methodically, we got it done it one trip. Definitely recommend!

So helpful!

Overall they did a good job and they are on time. Two reasons I didn't give a five-star. (1) The first two gents in the morning aren't that experienced - a senior person and a part-timer. Then a few hours later an experienced mover came and got everything done quickly. (2) They finished 3 hours early but there is no refund.

The Black Eagle Team was great!! Downsizing an apartment for an out-of-state move, they were extremely efficient and helpful during the move, taking care that all delicate items and furniture were wrapped safely. Upon arrival only had ONE casualty in the whole load, a small glass broken. Regardless, would absolutely recommend and use them again. Thank you!!

We loved the two men (Abraham and Julio) who came out to work on our move! They showed up on time, worked very hard and treated all of our belongings very carefully. We moved using PODs and they packed the first large POD using every available space, fitting in much more than we thought possible (allowing us to change our second POD delivery to a small POD for our cross country move). They also wrapped all of our requested furniture very well (furniture blankets, extra cardboard, and a long tube of stretch wrap are a must). We originally booked them for 4 hours, but they were able to stay 1 additional hour for a total of 5 hours to finish packing the POD. Highly recommend this company especially if you have never packed a POD yourself! Thank you again!
