The move was okay although I expected more assistance. Yhe offlaod was completed in 1 1/2 hours with the help of my son.

They were very professional & timely. There were no problems.

The first movers that I had were more experience, Packers and movers this crew they were nice but but they wasn’t as good as the first crew so I would rate them. C-

Jonisaac & his partner were top-notch and total pros. They eased a very stressful situation for me while preparing a cross-country move. They arrived on-time, highly communicative leading up to the date and with confidence through the entire process. We had a large 10x20 storage jam-packed with a bunch of items big and small that had to get carefully crammed into a 16ft POD container that would ship to the east coast. Due to the storage facility's restrictions on containers (2 thumbs-down on Extra Space in Inglewood), we were limited to 3.5hrs total to complete the loading process but their team managed to knock this out in 2hrs flat. Not to mention the storage facility's main loading doors nearest my unit were also broken, so had to enter from the furthest possible point of the building – and they were conducting smoke testing on all of the elevators that day. The POD was packed perfectly and with care, intentionally stacking items in such a manner that reduced the dependency on ratchet straps to secure. I'm writing this 3 weeks post--delivery of the POD on the other end of our move and can confirm nothing shifted, nor was damaged. Big-ups to We the States Moving, highly recommend for any of your moving/loading needs.

Fantastic service and kind people! They were very quick and careful with our items and made the moving process seamless.

The movers showed up early. They did a great job within the timeframe. They were friendly and worked fast. I have absolutely nothing negative about the movers. The only issue I had was receiving an email the night before saying the job was canceled and left me in a panic trying to find someone else last minute, which was impossible. However, it was only a mistake. Don't know how it happened, but they did apologize for the mistake.

The two worker team works diligently and quickly moved all our heavy-duty stuff to the destination without incident. Definitely will call them or refer them in the future.

Yosio and his guys are a must if you're moving! This is a friendly, understanding team! They were calm and composed moving 2-bedroom's worth of belongings out of a 1-bedroom apartment!

Showed up a little late but once they got here they were ready to work. They were very nice and flexible with changes and my other logistics. I'd recommend them.

Ivan and crew were efficient and VERY good at playing furniture tetris.

Jon and other guys name I forgot were great! Very careful with my belongings while loading up a truck from a third floor and then loading it into a storage unit all while not going over the 2 hour limit! Would use them again!

This is the 2nd time we have used Rigo's moving and storage and we are just as happy this time as we were the first. They are on time and work extremely hard for every second they are hired. They were as careful as could be and had a difficult task with narrow stairways. Pretty sure we will continue to use Rigo's for any future moves. Thank you! Jana Beckham

5 stars for Mike and Mike, the two guys that came from Cal State movers. They arrived on time and worked very hard for 6 hours straight. They expertly packed the pod with boxes and furniture and secured each section with rope. They wrapped all the furniture items to prevent scratching. They were respectful, perfectionistic, and I highly recommend this team.

The helpers were excellent. POD was loaded perfect. Eric and Miguel were professional and courteous. Your company and staff are A+ with me. I have recommended them to friends and family.

They were so nice as this was an unexpected move due to a death. They were professional yet personable. There was no request they did not fulfill. It was apparent that they all worked very well together and were friendly towards each other. Thanks
