Very professional and friendly.

They were early, after calling us to make sure it was okay! They worked carefully and efficiently too. Ivan and Carlos were great and gave us a helping hand on a couple of things….we didn’t have 2 hours-worth of moving and they stayed to help until their time was up. Many, many thanks!!!

Javier and Jacob did a marvelous job of packing a 8 ft PODS container to the gill. They were like magicians in fitting different size boxes tighly like Legos. They even tied down the boxes securely using the ropes I provided. When the container arrived at the destination, there was no shift in boxes at all! All boxes were intact and in good shape (except a few cosmetic dents). They even threw some heavy furniture into the dumpster at the apartment complex for me. They worked fast but maintained friendly attitude to me as wll as other residents. All in all, I recomend Rigo's Moving with no hesitaton.

We would use Lucky Movers again in a heartbeat! First a little context on the type of customer we are and why Lucky Movers was a perfect fit: This was our first time using professional movers and our main need was loading a moving Truck which we would then drive halfway across the country. We hired a 3 person crew for 2 hours for our 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. Here's 5 Reasons Why They Get 5 Stars: 1. Incredibly clear communication, they confirmed our appointment multiple times. They arrived early with all of the needed gear. They did an overview of our space and needs before diving into the move! 2. Incredibly respectful of our property. These guys are experts and meticulous with their wrapping of furniture, placement of boxes, and strapping everything down. 3. We got stuck with a 26 foot truck and they maybe used a quarter of the space. Expertly packed and secure. After a multi state move not a single thing shifted or was damaged. 4. We went over on our allotted time (no fault on their team, we weren't fully packed yet!) and Ivan was very kind and transparent about the pricing changes. There were no surprise charges. 5. Above and beyond kindness! They helped us back up the truck into a better space, answered our questions sent months in advance, dealt with multiple staircases and tight corners, and finally they set aside a chair so an elderly parent could read their book by the truck! These guys are awesome! Hire them now!

Good service overall. On time and very careful with all items. Only one item was damaged-a printer was turned over when wrapping plastic around it and it leaked ink inside the printer, the mover told us once he noticed it. Very polite and efficient with overall move.

I would give a 6 star rating if I could. They arrived exactly on time which alleviated all anxiety. They came prepared and handled everything with care. Professional the whole time. I've used several moving companies in the past and these guys definitely worked the hardest. I'm amazed how fast they moved a 16'x8'x8' POD worth of stuff up to our new third floor apartment. I will definitely be using them again for our next move. Thanks again!

I've worked with nearly 10 different moving companies in the past few years due to frequent relocating for my job...Black Eagle was easily the best that I've hired. They had great communication, showed up on time, had a good attitude, and worked hard. They did an expert job of wrapping my furniture and fitting it into a small truck so that nothing was damaged and nothing moved around during transit. My movers who unloaded the furniture in a different city even complimented how well Black Eagle had packed my stuff and asked for their info so that they could refer any customers moving to/from LA. I highly recommend them!

The team of Excellent Movers arrived on time and finished packing my POD container in a little over one hour. They were extremely efficient, worked hard, and were friendly and courteous during the entire process. We provided rope and they packed and secured everything so effectively and logically. We would definitely hire this team again and we highly recommend them!

Fast, nice, and very careful!

They did a fantastic job, they came on time. They worked very hard considering they had to go up three flights of stairs, always had a smile on their face. They were respectful of my items, also they did not drag the furniture on the wood floor. I would highly recommend them and the cost was very reasonable.

They were nice and helpful. Turns out heavy boxes were stacked on top of an upside down desk which ended up damaging and breaking the furniture.
