Franco and team were punctual and very professional. They were able to carry my refrigerator and the rest of my items up 3 flights of stairs without damage. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile with my large couches. Would hire them again.

Had a great experience with Black Eagle Moving. The team showed up right at the start of the estimated window I was given. They were ready to work immediately. They were efficient, but careful. I have rarely seen movers hustle like this team. They were all polite and communicated with me well. They were moving items from storage units into storage pods, so I asked that they keep their eyes open for any damaged boxes so I could repack them. They pointed out the problems they saw, and I was able to repack things to protect my belongings. I would definitely use this company again. They were unbelievably fast! They brought their own hand trucks, which was super helpful.

The movers Jacob and Santiago were awesome! Efficient, safe, and took great care of our items. The scheduling was a little frustrating because I got a phone call to confirm my appointment from 9-10am in the morning and was asked if we could 1-2pm instead. I said that we could and was told that it needed to be confirmed with the drivers and that someone would call me back to confirm then new time. I was told that if I didn’t get a call back, that the original time would be the start time. I didn’t get a call back so I made plans accordingly. No one showed up between the time of 9-10am. I did not get a phone call but rather I had to call to find out what was happening. The movers showed up at 12:30 and did an excellent job, the scheduling needs to be improved. I had to rearrange my day to accommodate the lack of communication and scheduling.

These guys were amazing! Not only did they take extra care with our pieces of furniture and personal items, but they loaded and unloaded everything lightning fast. They sent a huge truck that fit all our belongings for our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, and still had some extra space to load some of our outdoor/patio equipment. I would highly recommend them for any size move!

Strong Arm Movers were an excellent choice for my move. Ysidro and Lorenzo were quick, courteous, and able to navigate a tricky staircase to get everything where we needed. Yosio kept in contact when they were delayed by traffic which was appreciated. Lucky Movers arrived on time; prepared; understood the goals for the day and were careful and considerate of all of my belongings. I underestimated time and they graciously kept working in the heat of the day to finish. Ivan & Carlos really did an amazing job packing both PODS (16’ & 7’) and I can’t wait to invite them back to unload them at my new home soon. My Helpers showed up on time and were very professional. Worked extra hard and were very helpful in loading the container and protecting the items. Brought everything they needed to complete the job. I plan on using them again to fill another container and to unload the containers when I arrive at my new home. These guys were FANTASTIC!!
