The movers were outstanding. Efficient, quick, nice, and didn't damage anything. Hired Rigos to unload my POD container. The management is just ok. They book by hour long arrival window. I called at the end of the window when no one was there, and I hadn't heard anything. I was initially told everyone was busy and they didn't have an ETA. After repeated calls and requests a team arrived an hour and a half later. It really seems like the management overbooks the teams and just plans on apologizing and delaying. If you're ok with being pretty flexible with the time then they are great.

Called me the morning of my appointment to review & confirm any detail, on time, very courteous, confirmed previous experience in loading a POD container, planned well in loading, provided great assistance in some packing, listened to all my requests & directions, brought tools to breakdown large furniture, a hand truck/dolly & worked very hard at a very physical job. Loaded furniture & multiple boxes for a 3 bedroom home. Definitely recommend & will use again.

John and his crew were excellent. Professional, moved quickly and were really careful with our things. Great choice!

They got our one bedroom done in less than two hours, organized the truck, and even helped us get a couple items out to the curb for the large pickup that we couldn’t bring on our move. I couldn’t be happier with how the load went. Rigo’s communication prior to the load was excellent and the loaders were extremely efficient and good at their job. I used Rigo’s to load a POD for a long distance move, and the loaders knew exactly how to load the POD to minimize shifting and got every in and tied down/strapped in very securely. They loaded a 900 sq. ft. apartment loaded into the POD in 90 minutes. I would definitely recommend Rigo’s for your loading or moving.

Showed up at 9 AM sharp for my start time! Absolutely prepared for the job and got to work immediately. Super hard workers and extremely organized. They were respectful of my belongings and made sure they were wrapped tightly. He also went out of his way to make sure my belongings were secured in my storage pod with extra straps and tape that I had. I would use them again. They were extremely quick to get to work and get the job done!

Jon and Antoine arrived 5 minutes early and were ready to work. John was very considerate and made every effort to prevent dings and scratches during the move. I anticipated a 3 hour or more move, but they were able to complete it in little less than that . I would recommend them.

They were on time and worked very hard. They were fast, but a little too fast as they seemed tired and not as respectful of my things or where I wanted them as I would have hoped. A little all over the place and not super efficient. That said, they got the job done quickly and nothing was damaged.

Yosio came from Long Beach to Alhambra in order to move my friends small apartment. I hurt myself the precious week. So I booked him, and came over so she wouldn't be afraid alone with two strange movers. There was no need to be afraid, not only were he, and his worker very proffessional they were very efficient. They moved the entire two bedroom apartment, (a two hour job) in 40 minutes. Because we had extra time, instead of leaving (because their part of the job was done) they followed us to the storage place and unpacked even faster. I would recommend them for any job in Southern California; and any move I have in the future I will be sure to use Strong Arm Movers. - Eddie.
