The guys who moved us did a great job. It took two hours and I was still charged for four hours. Very unfair.

They were fantastic I appreciate them!

They arrived 30 mins late. But they got all the heavy stuff I could not do with my son. Please give your employees back braces - safety equipment for your employees, movers gives that gives a grip. This is coming from some someone who hurt their back carrying 250lbs of equipment on a hourly basis. The guys were very kind to us and helpful. But please make sure that when an appt is scheduled don’t call and verbally tell your customer you’re going to arrive at an earlier time. When training a new guy, be patient with them.

The movers were on time and didn’t stop for three hours. They were careful and did a great job!

The team that showed up had a positive attitude, worked efficiently and were very nice. They managed the flights of stairs, to a third floor, with ease. They knew just how to angle and move the furniture to keep themselves and our stuff safe. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the scheduling was a bit off. We were scheduled for between 5 and 6, and they were not able to get there until 7. I had to reach out to get an eta, it would have been nice if I had been contacted to confirm arrival time. I would definitely use again.

We LUCKED out - We got two of the best loaders/movers ever! They were on time - prepared with tools and supplies - worked extra hard. I was sure we were going to need two moving trucks and they were able to fit my large house into one - which saved us a lot of money. I would use them again and again.

Oh my goodness! We have been packing for a solid week. My parents have lived in the same house for 48 years. That is a lot of things to go through and then pack. We did have a moving company but we wanted to take especially important items with us in the Uhal truck. Having the two men to help with moving the items out of the house and then packing them into the truck was PERFECT! Totally wonderful job! I totally recommend Hire a Helper! Thank you!

Very courteous helpers and respectful with our things. Hard workers and asked questions to make sure our things were in the right place.

They showed up within the time frame. I hired 2 people for 4 hours ended up with 8 hours. Ryan and the other guy who I can't remember his name (sorry) both were very professional and very likable. Ryan was training the other guy which seemed to slow them down a bit but to be fair I had a lot to move. Ryan and company were very careful with my things packing up my 4 bd home into a 26 ft truck and very prepared with moving equipment. I would most definitely use them again

Our helpers arrived several minutes early. They were friendly, efficient, quick but careful. They did what we asked them to do. Each item was placed where we wanted it in our new home. Excellent service.

They were very friendly, and they moved everything quickly and without any problems. They also were careful to wear masks and follow social distancing, which I appreciated. I was very impressed at how they navigated the stairway even with bulky items. They also let me reschedule easily and helped me fix an error I had made that affected the billing process. I would definitely recommend Rigo's Moving and Storage!
