These guys showed up a little early and were above and beyond in service. I was moving my house plus a 7000 sq ft store and they had the advice and tools that I was lacking to ensure everything arrived safely. I cannot overstate the quality and professionalism of this crew

Rigo's did a great job loading and unloading my household goods. They packed the truck very efficiently and were able to fit everything in one trip. They were more than willing to help with whatever I asked them to do. The crew had a great attitude during the whole, long day.

Very well done! The guys arrived promptly and loaded my moving van like the pros that they are. They were courteous and listened to my directions making the move-out go smoothly. They were especially careful with the three steps out my front door and did not bounce my stuff down any of the steps. Yep, I was watching and was very impressed. My stuff was well loaded and packed and arrived safely. Even my potted plants made the move without any problems. I highly recommend Rigo's

Jon Winston and his brother were professional, on time, courteous, fast, strong, and had very strong physical stamina throughout the job engagement. They dealt with the anomalies of having to position the moving truck and move it for other residents of the apartment building when those folks were a bit grouchy about the location of the truck with professionalism and courtesy at all times. They were careful with my stuff, the apartment walls, doors, etc., and got us moved out on time. They used a smart phone app for payment and timing of the engagement, which was nice to know that the software was watching the clock and the app had a way to extend the time and had a place for a tip if I wanted to if I hadn't planned on having any cash on hand.

Both of these guys were just so great! Like my own family, they treated my items with care, the techniques were fantastic. both very professional, how I get someone like them the next time I have to move! (many,many,many.many years from now lol)

The moving team showed up on the time requested and were prepared with all the tools necessary to complete the job. We were pleasantly surprised on how fast the team worked and completed well before the 2hr job window. The team was very courteous with our belongings and they ensured our items were packed securely in the shipping container. We would use them again.

This is the 2nd time I have used Hire a Helper for a move. Both experiences were excellent; however, Brian and Kwan went above and beyond our expectations. They worked diligently and followed instructions carefully, ensuring our belongings were not only put where we wanted them, but were very careful with breakable items so nothing was damaged. In addition, they completed a move that we fully expected to take three hours in just under two hours. We cannot speak highly enough of them and your service, and will certainly tell anyone we can how much we recommend you,

Ryan called the day before and requested me to call with time the POD would arrive to unpack. I gave him the time frame and he requested to come after 10:00 AM. I agreed. Called again the morning of and said he had another job and wanted to know if he could come at 2:00 PM. I agreed since the POD was scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 3:00 PM. I called him at 2:00 PM to let him know the POD would arrive at 2:30 PM. He said he was near by and would be there shortly. The POD arrived, but no Ryan. Around 3:00 PM Ryan called and said he was on his way. At 4:00 PM he said traffic was heavy and would be late. This was troubling since it would be dark at 5:00 PM. He wanted to come the next day, but since PODS was scheduled to pick up early I didn't want to take a chance. at 4:30 Ryan and helper arrive. The Ryan that showed up did not sound like the Ryan I spoke with several times. Ryan and Thomas worked steadily (reason for 3 stars), but my daughter had to leave her car lights on so that they could see to empty the POD. They finished before the 2 hour time limit and all appeared okay except for Thomas turning two small file cabinets upside down because he stated he didn't want to damage the wheels on the bottom. No, I would not recommend OC Labor Pros.

The two young gentlemen from Giant Monkey were on time, and worked very hard. They protected our furniture and were very pleasent. I would definitely use them again

Chris and Tony were great movers. Hard workers and they knew what they were doing. You could tell they do this all the time. Very friendly gentlemen too.

The helpers showed up on time. They brought everything they needed to load the truck. They knew how to efficiently load everything and tie things down so they wouldn't shift in transit, and they finished the job ahead of schedule. I would definitely use them again if I needed to move.
