Best moving service that we’ve ever used. Citywide de movers were early, we worked hard, loaded efficiently and were great!

These men did a GREAT job! They were even a little early. They cubed out our PackRat Container utilizing every nook and cranny. They kept moving and worked very hard. Would HIGHLY recommend!! We are using them again for our next Container being delivered in a couple of days. They exceeded our expectations!

They knew exactly what they were doing they reassemble the bed that they did not take apart they took initiative to help us out when the first company that we hire stood us up I highly recommend these guys then I would ask for these three gentlemen because that exactly what they are gentleman

Steve and his helper did an awesome job. They were on time and stayed longer than I booked to finish loading all the heavy items. They were very courteous of our belongings, made sure they didn't hit the walls, and used moving blankets on the flooring to make sure they didn't damage it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Helpful 5 did an amazing job. They showed up on time, were friendly and took great care and consideration in packing up our furniture. When our 4 hours that we scheduled came to an end, they informed me and asked if I wanted them to keep going or if they should stop. I really appreciate that because I have had movers in the past that just work and don’t take the time and money into consideration. I would definitely use them again.

I have no problem with the workers but a BIG problem with your understanding of pianos and communications between your workers and policy makers. Ie. Types of pianos. Google it----- UPRIGHT PIANOS are the tallest, heaviest pianos because they have a much bigger sound board.(about 5 feet tall) CONSOLE PIANOS are the middle size, with about 4 feet height, but a shorter sound board. SPINET PIANOS are the smaller size, at about 3 feet tall and therefore the smallest soundboard. And less heavy. Your movers need to be trained in exactly what pianos are moved and what requires extra money. They kept calling my spinet an upright. It is not. Never has been. Never will be. I was told that it would not require an extra charge when I hired through you, yet they didn't know that and it wasted precious time on our loading day. Please correct this problem for your future customers.

The movers arrived on time and were very professional. They did a great job organizing and packing our materials into our Pod. We would definitely use them again!
