The guy showed up precisely on time very early in the morning. We were packed and ready to go. They got to it and we’re able to complete the entire moving job on time. Nothing was broken. They did an excellent job with highly recommend them.

Two men came and they were on time at 9 am and checked out exactly at 1 pm(total 4 hrs) and they knew exactly what they were supposed to do. They work hard and very respectful and very responsible. They didn’t waste a second. I would highly recommend them and would totally use them again.

One of the assistants had a trolley loaded with storage boxes tip over on a narrow walkway. Mistakes happen but someone needs to apologize to the customer when that happens. Neither the assistant or the supervisor, who was standing next to the assistant, said anything. These are college age kids but they should know enough that when a mistake is made, you should say sorry. The second thing is that the supervisor asked to use one of my bungee cords to secure the load in the truck, which is fine, but they took it with them when the job was finished. Only $10 but still. On the positive side, they were on time and polite. Needs coaching though.

Overall Bernard & his team did a good job. However I would not do this review until we reached our destination and checked the condition of the items packed in the unload. I made a particular point of telling Bernard of an over 100 year old antique dining table, the nearly only item other than our Sleep Number beds I asked for special care consideration. The table has special meaning to me and Bernard assured the items being stacked on top of the table were light. Not the case, and now I have structural damage that will cost a lot from an antique wood repair company to restore the structural integrity of the piece. The crew on the receiving end in the unload indicated it looked like Bernard did everything he could to put as much stress and weight on the table as possible even loading a buffet credenza on top of it. I have severe fractures in the ornate wood legs that are beefy and still the fracture area is large. I am very disappointed. I noticed Bernard’s demeanor changed when he realized he had to take the contents of a 12’ pod onto the 26’ truck we rented. He & his crew still finished the job in the 4 hours I paid for. If he didn’t listen well in our phone conversation I outlined what he’d be loading, including the contents in a 12’ pod, who’s fault is that? He became quiet & disconnected when he realized the pod went with the rest. We hardly had any furniture at allot begin with. I also had a small, lightweight 3 drawer dresser 36”w that is brand new and a leg was completely snapped off. Again this was at the front of the truck and the unload crew indicated once again too much weight was a stressor to the top. I have photos & will file a claim.

Finished the job well in time. Very courteous and methodical in placing each item in it’s proper place. Thanks for helping us unload our pod!

Oscar and Diego were on time. Great communication regarding travel updates. I was worried that I ordered too small a PODS container, but they proved me wrong. We did a walk through so they knew what items to take. They were prepared and worked hard. They wrapped my furniture and fragile glass cabinet and tables well. Before closing the container, they made sure all was packed. Very friendly gentlemen. Will use them again!
