The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of my movers, John had some serious attitude issues that I have never encountered in my life. This guy was like a child in a man’s body. When they first got there he tried to establish some sort of weird dominance, it was so weird. The rushing was an Issue: The guys were rushing so fast when it was clear there was no need to rush given I didn’t have much to unload. I asked them to slow down as to reduce the chance of my stuff being damaged and John just kept saying “this is how we always do it”….okay? Then I heard him keep telling the other mover I was “wasting his **** time”. They finished MORE THAN 30 MINUTES before the 2 hours I paid for. They did not need to move as such fast speeds and risk damaging my items. Other than that, the move was fine. They showed up exactly on time, but they did not pick up my calls on the day of or call me to confirm.
