Jose and Klemon did a great job efficiently getting all my big furniture into a 3-story condo! They even hoisted a large couch onto the second floor balcony to get it into the living room without damaging it. I would recommend them for future moves!

They did a great job for me. They went above and beyond and provided useful advice and information. My move was larger than expected - I should have requested additional help to save a little on time and money - otherwise very satisfied.

Our move was scheduled for a timeframe between 10-11am. The mover called me and asked if he could come an hour early (9am) but they showed up at 8.30. Luckily the pods arrived right before they got to our place. Both movers were nice but there was an elderly man and a young man. It was literally like the tortoise and the hare situation. The young guy was fast and did most of the work. The old man unloaded the pods but was really slow. While we understand that it was moving things into an apartment, I never saw the old man upstairs throughout the entire time except for when we first showed them the route, and at the end when he brought the head piece for the bed up and had to sit down to take a break immediately after. I ended up having to help while I was extremely sick snd they were there for 5 hours. Honestly if I didn’t help , most likely they would be there all day. I would say speed definitely was not one of their strengths lol. Although they were really polite and nice so I felt bad. That’s how I ended up moving my own stuff from the pods (one 16ft unit) along with the other mover… because we felt bad for the older man. My wife said she went down to take a look, and after two hours, it was the exact same amount of bins still out in the parking lot as the younger guy was upstairs with me moving the rest of the stuff. My wife ended up having to do most of the furniture install herself to save time. So ultimately we were told it’ll be done in two hours but it was completed in 5 and I ended up paying double the amount that was quoted for a total price of over $800 because it took a significant amount of time since it was more like there was only one mover plus my sick a.. trying to unload a full PODs unit into an apartment. At least we had elevators I guess lol. And they were nice… they also had their own dollies so I was able to help drag everything up.

My original review for this company was 5 stars. They showed up on time, worked hard & were very polite. However, when the furniture & boxes were delivered, it was evident that some packing decisions caused unnecessary damage. Ex: Furniture packed sideways with heavy boxes stacked on the legs which broke the legs. The movers on the other end of the move questioned the way some things were packed.

Amazing! Highly recommend using them they were prompt worked hard respectful and polite. They did an amazing job getting everything moved with care and timely. Gladly would hire them for any move! Thank you !

The team arrived on time and took care of unloading 17ft of cargo into my house, and did so politely and in a shorter amount of time than initially estimated. They even helped carry an extremely heavy king size mattress upstairs to my second floor, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this team and their services.
