The team arrived on time and took care of unloading 17ft of cargo into my house, and did so politely and in a shorter amount of time than initially estimated. They even helped carry an extremely heavy king size mattress upstairs to my second floor, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this team and their services.

The two gentlemen showed up promptly, actually a little ahead of the time they were scheduled for. They were courteous and professional. They proceeded to do an excellent job of wrapping up my furniture and skillfully loading all my belongings into a storage POD. They were quick and worked hard the entire time. I would happily hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing help moving.

Dimitri and his partner were fantastic. So careful and thorough and they worked very hard. I’m amazed at the care they took wrapping every piece of furniture and maximizing the storage pod space. I hope I can book them for my unloading on the other end!

The movers communicated well—called the day before, the day of, and 30 minutes prior to arrival. They were courteous and completed the job without any issues. My only suggestion is to provide a way to call them back—there was no caller ID or contact number in case I needed to reach them. Otherwise, great experience.

They did great helping me unpack my POD. The company I used to pack up my POD hadn't used any plastic wrap on my furniture and JFK made sure to wrap my things before carefully bringing them up the stairs into my apartment. The three movers were on time and hard working. I have a leather couch that had been hard to get in the door when it was delivered, so I was concerned about how they would get it out. They managed to figure it out beautifully and did not damage it all. They were respectful of my property and goods and went above and beyond to move as much as possible in the allotted time.
